BMW Motorrad Central and Southeastern Europe, located in Salzburg, looks for a Specialist in the area of Dealer Development and Customer Support. We are responsible for 9 markets in our region with a geographical and cultural extend from Poland down to Greece. Our team is small but highly flexible, motivated, passionate, and results-oriented. Specialist, Dealer Development und Customer Support BMW Motorrad (m/f/x).

What awaits you?

• Implementation of pricing measures for Parts, Accessories, and Clothing across 9 markets.
• Implementation of the training program: aligning content and needs with all relevant stakeholders, organizing training events, and maintaining training systems and tools.
• Monitoring bonus target achievement and providing regular reporting to market managers.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of customer support strategy as well as new project rollouts.
• Supporting the rollout of new IT systems and applications.
• Analyzing data and preparing reports to support decision-making.
• Providing administrative support for dealer development and customer support operations. 

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration and/or Management.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.

• Fluent in English. German and any other languages spoken in the Central Southeastern Europe region are a plus.

• Result and team oriented with a positive mindset.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects efficiently.
• Excellent communication competence.
• Flexibility to handle a wide range of tasks.
• Affinity for the motorcycle business and a motorcycle license are an advantage.

We are looking for you as soon as possible for a unlimited duration with an attractive salary & benefit package. The minimum salary for this position is € 3.300 gross per month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualification or professional experience, i.e. we determine the actual amount in a personal interview. A significant overpayment is possible with appropriate suitability.
