- Responsibility for the legally compliant creation and review of labels based on current specifications (declaration, documentation, compliance)
- Creation and maintenance of sample and finished product specifications in accordance with applicable legal requirements
- Implementation of linguistic adjustments and extensions in more than 42 languages, as well as maintenance of international country‑ and customer‑specific requirements
- Operational support and management of label inventories for several international locations
- Subject‑matter contact person for internal departments such as Production, Customer Service, Product Management and Logistics
- Documentation and maintenance of process documentation as well as country‑ and customer‑specific requirement tables

Tasks
- Develop, maintain and implement security policies, guidelines, and standards, while contributing to the company-wide information security strategy
- Identify, evaluate, and manage information security risks, and further develop the ISO 27001–based Information Security Management System (ISMS)
- Create security concepts and solutions, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS2, GDPR), and monitor current cybersecurity trends and technologies
- Support in the operation and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure components (e.g., servers, networks, storage, cloud) including troubleshooting, lifecycle activities, and documentation
- Participate in IT projects and M&A integrations, assist with vendor and service-provider management, and maintain documentation of infrastructure systems and processes

- Quality assurance in the field of electronic components, including modification of assemblies and devices
- Carrying out tests and preparing corresponding test documentation
- Repair and testing of current and older assemblies and devices
- Preparation of technical expert reports on assemblies/devices within the framework of quality assurance and component evaluation
- Evaluation and integration of new tools into existing test processes
- Revision and optimization of test procedures to ensure efficient quality standards
- Service activities for specialist departments, particularly in connection with hardware changes
- Collaboration in measuring equipment management (testing of measuring equipment,
documentation, etc.) - Supporting our development department in the area of EMC measurements of eurofunk components (joint performance of tests, including documentation)

Die Rolle
- Ongoing or recently completed studies in a data-related field (e.g. Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration)
- Initial experience with data analysis, reporting, databases, or data preparation/cleaning
- Working knowledge of Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables) and basic SQL (SELECT, WHERE, simple JOINs)
- General understanding of data structures, data quality concepts, and ideally first exposure to BI/visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)

RESPONSIBILITIES
