DEINE AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTUNG:
- Laufende Prozessanalysen im operativen und administrativen Bereich zur Ermittlung von Optimierungspotentialen
- Betreuung sowie Teilnahme an Verbesserungsaktivitäten, Workshops und Projekten im gesamten Unternehmensbereich Operations zur Sicherstellung einer kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung im Hinblick auf Qualität, Kosten und Lieferperformance
- Messung und Überwachung diverser Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) zur Bewertung der Fortschritte und Identifizierung neuer Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen für Mitarbeiter aller Unternehmensebenen zur Vermittlung von Lean-Prinzipien und zur Entwicklung einer Kultur kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
- Durchführung von diversen Audits sowie die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Audit- und Monitoring-Systeme
- Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung des Operations Teams

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, optimize and lead the implementation of processes in systems to support current and future business models, ensuring they are effectively integrated into operations
- Create and maintain process documentation in our global PALFINGER management system, ensuring alignment and compliance across global entities
- Collaborate with Process Managers & Experts in defining strategies and conducting trend analyses on further enhancing our process landscape
- Build a strong network of local process experts through training and workshops, acting as a key knowledge resource globally
- Lead change requests and support testing and training of changes to ensure process readiness during global quality management system rollouts

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5+ years of professional experience in the field of production management, manufacturing application key user, shop floor management or consultant role
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, supply chain or operations management, process and/or project management, UX design or similar
- Fluent in English and German
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite and handling of project & process management tools/ methods
- Depth knowledge of manufacturing execution applications and proven expertise in developing and implementing process improvements in the field of new product introduction
- Highly experienced in gathering, challenging, and translating business requirements to system integration concepts
- Verifiable experience in managing projects and programs
- System affinity, conceptual strength and holistic view
- Strong analytical skills, solution- and process oriented, structured, assertiveness, communicative and collaborative, team player, able to work under pressure and self-dependently
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- End to End Operations know-how, FMCG environment preferred
