- Your area of operation covers the city of Salzburg and its surroundings, southern Bavaria and eastern Austria.
- You can expect varied assignments with exciting technical tasks and
direct contact with our control centre customers on site. - You will be responsible for servicing our entire product range – from hardware and software to IT and communications technology – directly on site at our customers' premises.
- Your focus will be on processing service orders, creating informative maintenance reports and representing our company professionally. You will also be part of the technical on-call service.

- Den 3rd-Level-Support im Bereich Kassensysteme in unseren Outlets sicherzustellen
- Fehleranalysen und Störungsbehebungen via Ticketsystem und Fernwartung durchzuführen
- Im regelmäßigen Austausch mit Service Owner, 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support und Lieferanten laufende Optimierungen und Prozessverbesserungen voranzutreiben
- Dich in tiefergreifende Analysen sowie Eskalationen einzubringen und Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Troubleshooting, Ursachenanalysen sowie laufende Dokumentation sicherzustellen

- Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Windows Server Plattform an den zentralen und dezentralen Standorten
- 2nd und 3rd Level Support sowie Übernahme der Rolle als Service Owner für unsere dezentrale Plattform inkl. Betrieb, Monitoring und Lifecycle Management
- Umsetzung von Security-Vorgaben und Gewährleistung eines sicheren Betriebs
- Mitwirkung an der Planung, Konzeption und Umsetzung unserer Serverinfrastruktur sowie Integration von Cloud-Komponenten (MS Azure)
- Optimierung und Automatisierung der Server-Provisionierung, Patch Management und Software-Rollouts
- Unterstützung bei Infrastrukturprojekten im Microsoft-Umfeld und Begleitung von Softwareeinführungen und Updates
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, externen Dienstleistern und Kunden
- Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen

- You provide support for technical problems as part of the on-call service outside office
- office hours and at weekends.
- You will work with the team and our customers to develop solutions and workarounds.
- You will receive in-depth training to enable you to provide independent support for our eurofunk solutions - you will learn about various virtualization solutions, operating systems, databases, communication and control technology,
- You will get to know our comprehensive product range and specialize according to your interests and skills.
- By working in the control centers on site, you will get to know our products in use, customers and the control centers even better.
