RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the formulation of technology strategy in response to spotted disruptive external or internal forces and its operationalization.
- Drive IT Landscape Engineering through proactive and deliberate management of the IT landscape beyond investment planning horizons. This involves operationalizing strategy, identifying drivers for change, and defining architecture directions to address these with stakeholders.
- Analyze business strategy and business future-state capabilities to identify Strategic Themes to detect gaps and opportunities for improvement in the current IT Landscape in line with the IT Strategy to enable the business achieving targeted outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- At least 3 years of practical experience in the field of data, data modelling and data driven decisions
- Data or media technology focused education or equivalent work experience
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Strong experience with (big) data technologies and best practices managing large datasets
- Very good communication and organization skills
- Proficiency with data modelling and engineering, Big Data, ETL/ELT, SQL, DDD
- Persistent, systemic and analytical thinking with an attention to detail
- Experience in media data setups (recommended)

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collection, derivation, challenge of business requirements and cross-functional alignment of those with involved stakeholders
- Conceptual design of IT system landscape, detailed documentation of requirements as well as handing them over to IT department of the Organization
- Design of PLM system implementation road map to ensure stakeholder commitment
- PLM system implementation in form of pilot projects, proof of concepts, etc., while ensuring smoothly running daily business
- Support the integration of new group entities into the existing PLM system landscape
- Key point of contact within Engineering in regarding the implementation of new software solutions
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders across functions, as well as across all organizational levels & with external vendors and consultants

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and manage key HR technology (part) projects and actively guide through the implementation of SAP SuccessFactor modules, features and add-ons
- Provide strategic consulting to our internal stakeholders while continuously deepening your expertise and drive the digitalization with process improvement and release management
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, and fostering a collaborative approach to implementing changes to the HR technology landscape
- Conduct business analyses and requirements management in the field of responsibility
- Ensure data integrity and deliver strategic insights through contribution to an accurate, standardized reporting for HR and business
