- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter regulatorischer und rechtlicher Anforderungen im Bereich IT & Organisation.
- Durchführung von Gap-Analysen und Umsetzung der daraus resultierenden Maßnahmen aus Wirtschafts- und Revisionsprüfungen.
- Steuerung des internen Kontrollsystems sowie Verantwortung für Lizenz-, Berechtigungs-, Service Level- und Prozessmanagement.
- Erstellung und Pflege von IT-Governance-Richtlinien sowie Gewährleistung deren Einhaltung.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Riskmanagement, Recht und Compliance, um als Ansprechpartner für alle IT-Governance- und IT-Compliance-Themen zu fungieren.
- Leitung oder Betreuung ausgewählter strategischer Projekte oder IT-Systeme, auch im internationalen Kontext.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Three to five years of professional experience in a comparable role.
- Extensive experience in strategic procurement and supplier management, preferably within the Event sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable terms.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in x-functional teams.
- Experienced in working within a fast-paced environment, within a global organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills.
- SAP MM/S4 knowledge is mandatory.
- Experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus.
- SAP Ariba (SLM, CLM, and Sourcing Module) knowledge is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Several years of experience in managing and architecting MS Entra ID
- Experience in project and service management
- Familiarity with B2E/B2B IAM technologies and processes
- Strong problem-solving abilities and can explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Highly customer-oriented and result-driven approach
- Capability of collaborating in interdisciplinary teams and leading project teams

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in a comparable product management role, ideally within the POS product environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Strong procurement skills with basic contract management knowledge.
- Proven success in managing end-to-end product development projects and leading sustainability optimization initiatives, integrating sustainability principles into product design.
- Experience in project and process management, with the ability to handle multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Strong understanding of structured project management and the ability to work cross-functionally across different departments.
- Expertise in sustainable materials, sustainable product development, or sustainability in design.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for product analysis and reporting; experience with SAP is desirable.
- Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced, global organization.
