- Koordination der technischen Umsetzung von IT-Projekten im Datawarehouse Umfeld
- Analyse, Prüfung und Erarbeitung fachlicher Neu- und Änderungsanforderungen sowie Überleitung zur IT-seitigen Umsetzung
- Support in der Qualitätssicherung bei Spezifikation, Test, Abnahme und Produktivsetzung von IT-Anforderungen
- Steuerung und Monitoring der IT-Umsetzungen

- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Automatisierung von DWH-Prozessen
- Durchführung von SQL-, Datenbank- und ETL-Analysen bzw. Reverse-Engineering

Aufgaben – Dafür sorgen Sie bei uns:
- Berichtswesen: Sie unterstützen bei der Analyse von großen Datensätzen zur Identifizierung von Trends, Mustern und Insights sowie bei der Erstellung von Berichten und Dashboards zur Unterstützung der strategischen Entscheidungsfindung.
- Qualitätssicherung und Prozessoptimierung: Durch die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Berichte sowie die Unterstützung bei der Datenoptimierung tragen Sie zu einem qualitativ hochwertigen Berichtswesen bei. Ebenso sind sie Teil der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Datenmodellen und –analysen.
- Projektmanagement: Ihre Unterstützung in HR-Projekten umfasst vor allen die Bereitstellung von KPI’s. Dabei stellt die technische Erweiterung von neuen Datenquellen in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partner:innen, IT-Dienstleister:innen und Fachkolleg:innen von dm Deutschland eine wichtige Kernaufgabe dar.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 2+ years of experience in the FMCG sector, ideally within the beverage industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
- A structured, process-oriented approach with a deep understanding of sales processes.
- Hands-on experience in International Sales Business Insights, Distributor/Wholesaler (DP/WHS) Management, and Field Sales Management.
- Proven experience in managing projects, with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with econometric modelling and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP BI, Power BI, and Tableau; familiarity with SQL or R is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the Business Intelligence area with project involvement, ideally gained as a Controller, IT Consultant, Business Consultant, Business Analyst or Requirement engineer.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, IT.
- Profound knowledge of system-based planning (BSS) and reporting tools – ideally SAP, SAP BW, SAP BI-IP Planning, S4/HANA, Hyperion Financial Management and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills as well as project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Workfront.
- Solid controlling/accounting background and understanding of financial processes.
- Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions.
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical skills and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Team player, self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of English, working knowledge of German is a plus, but not a requirement.
