Internship International Off Premise Trade Marketing

As part of the Int. Off Premise Trade Marketing Team, the main priorities of the International Trade Activation Intern will be to support the Trade Activation strategy, supporting markets & key stakeholders across all Off Premise channels. You´ll be supporting the team in delivering shopper centric solutions that help deliver a key pillar of the Off Premise Strategy, to ‘Look Like # 1’ in store and help us win vs. competition.

Areas that play to your strengths

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:


As an intern you´ll support Manager and specialist to update key global guidance across various platforms. Additionally, you´ll work with Global Product Marketing and external design agencies to support the creation of global POS Toolkits for Red Bull’s global campaigns. Also you´ll ensure existing toolkits are up to date with latest global guidance.


You´ll review new and existing die lines and keep the die line menu page up to date so markets can focus on production and execution - “Get the markets 80% the way there”.


You´ll support with providing feedback to Global Operations on the development of new in-store theatre POS tools planned for 2024. Moreover, you´ll work with agencies to update mock ups and artwork based on feedback.


You´ll work closely with International E-Commerce team and product marketing to update guidance on how Red Bull should look like online, using in-store Global POS toolkits as a base for consistency. Also, you´ll brief new assets with global design agency and support markets with feedback on local assets. Moreover, you´ll do market research on digital space and what could be the future for Trade Marketing, gather requirements and identify gaps.


Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • Studying or have a university degree in Marketing, Sales and Communication or similar.
  • Excellent command of English. Other languages advantageous, but not required.
  • Experience in Brand Marketing or Trade Marketing or Digital Trade Marketing preferably FMCG experience.
  • Demonstrate planning and project management and management of different stakeholders.
  • Innovative, self-motivated, solution-oriented and creative mind-set with problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communicator with openness to understand and adapt to cultural nuances.
  • Flexible and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
