- Together with our sales team, you will plan and implement IT solutions for our control center customers.
- You will always focus on high availability, redundancy, performance and IT security.
- You will set up the infrastructures, plan the implementation of patches for our customers and ensure the smooth and secure operation of the control centers.
- You will accompany our technical project managers during customer meetings and on-site acceptance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the global spare parts sales order process in coordination with the global service team and the regional spare parts teams -
Develop and support the regional parts teams in parts pricing and discounts and tools (Excel & SAP) on a global level -
Using your SAP knowledge, you will shape the process and support SAP rollouts -
You will write process flows and training documents and be able to train people -
Manage the master data for sales orders, pricing/discounts, and spare parts reports

- You and your agile development team focus on the continuous improvement and maintenance of one of our versatile operations control systems.
- You act as the "voice of our customers" in the team and are therefore in close contact with our service team and other stakeholders in order to understand and specifically address reported errors and suggestions for improvement.
- You prioritize and manage the product backlog of errors reported by end customers.
- As a team, you ensure that maintenance tasks and bug fixes are resolved promptly and efficiently, and attach great importance to maintaining high product quality.
- You also plan the next maintenance releases together with the development team in coordination with your stakeholders to ensure that the resolved errors and improvements are also implemented promptly.
- You define clear acceptance criteria for bug fixes and optimizations and ensure that these are implemented precisely by your development team.
- Despite the focus on maintenance, you and your team are prepared to implement new features if necessary to further improve the product and increase customer benefits.
- You proactively communicate with the other product owners to identify and resolve dependencies.
- You make the necessary decisions and ensure that the desired goals are achieved.
