YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery of agreed objectives and results
- Drive continuous development and rollout of standardized process templates across the group
- Oversee release management, including implementation of RFCs, testing, and hypercare
- Coordinate technical implementations with internal and external partners (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA)
- Organize and ensure 3rd level support, including SLA management for 2nd level services

- Analyze and improve packaging solutions for product protection, sustainability, and logistics efficiency
- Design and optimize material flow processes, including goods receipt, storage, picking, and line supply
- Select and integrate transport systems (AGVs, tugger trains, STRs) and plan storage layouts
- Collaborate closely with production, logistics planning, IT, suppliers, and external partners
- Drive digitalization and automation initiatives for packaging and intralogistics processes

YOUR TASKS:
- Develop the global strategy for processes and data in collaboration with the Senior Process Manager for the focus areas Supply Planning and Inventory management
- Ensure standardized data collection, data handling and system entry to allow for a focus on decision making
- Ensure knowledge build up and sharing across regions & sites (e.g., concept behind safety/cycle stock, inventory drivers, constrained vs. unconstrained demand)
- Design and maintain standardized inventory monitoring and escalation governance
- Lead process modeling, documentation, and training of local experts during rollouts

- Support in coordination and regional rollout of guidelines (including architectural guidelines); act as sparring partner, ensure customer experience according to brand guidelines, and contribute to budgeting, event overview, and resource planning
- Set up, coordinate, and oversee global and regional fair activities, including clustering in ABC events and ensuring consistent execution across markets
- Support regional hubs, partners, and the dealer network through proactive development of solutions, benchmarking across different industries, and identification of trends and formats
- Drive concept development, project and budget management, and stakeholder involvement to ensure alignment and effective implementation
- Plan and execute strategic location openings, ensuring consistency with brand and operational objectives

- You take on the central role in our international IT projects and are the professional and technical contact person for our operations control software.
- As a process/domain expert, you will advise our customers and play a leading role in the planning, coordination and implementation of our software technologies.
- Together with our users, you determine their requirements for our software. In addition to analysing and documenting customer needs, you will act as an interface to our software development teams.
- In the course of software upgrades, you will accompany our customers during the rollout of new features and support them in the implementation of updates.

- Lead the digital transformation from enterprise to shop floor level, focusing on business processes, data management, OT architecture, and governance
- End-to-end ownership of process definition, documentation, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of business processes, data objects and respective templates
- Manage and develop the Operations Process & Data Organization (PDO) team, including resource allocation and competence development
- Drive the implementation and advancement of digital shop floor solutions (Smart Factory, IIoT, Edge Computing) and integrate OT and IT to enable digital twins
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Business & Technical Template Owners, technology partners, research partners) and ensure the achievement and further development of KPIs for efficiency gains and cost control (e.g., StruCo, CAPEX, OPEX)
