Your responsibilities
- Lead the development of the global talent management practices and tools
- Provide strategic consulting to our internal stakeholders while continuously deepening your expertise within best talent practices, tools, and capabilities in alignment of PALFINGER’s long-term strategy
- Design and implement the talent reviews framework, calibrations & assessments together with our senior leadership, HR teams, and department heads
- Drive data and system led measurement mechanisms (reporting and KPIs)
- Support the integration of the Talent Management tools and processes into our HRIS (Success Factors) and Visualization platforms like PowerBI

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as HRIS specialist, preferably gained in international HR projects in an IT-interfacing HR department.
- Knowledge and professional experiences on ideally SAP HR / SuccessFactors or another HR IT system.
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) with focus on IT, HR or any related topics
- Experience in project management and application maintenance for organization, ideally with regional or international scope.
- Ability to work with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) to address all levels within the HR and other Red Bull departments, including presentation and training skills.
