Führung & Steuerung eines globalen Teams (5 Direct Reports, Gesamtverantwortung für 30 Mitarbeiter), welches für die Planung und Umsetzung der Standard Software Applikationslandschaft im Unternehmen verantwortlich ist -
Abstimmung der Planungen, Umsetzungen und Standardisierungen mit den PALFINGER internen Kunden der Prozess- und Datenorganisation -
Budgetverantwortung und Kostenkontrolle -
Steuerung von externen Partnern im Rahmen der Umsetzung -
Einbringen kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen um die Umsetzungsgeschwindigkeit zu erhöhen ohne die Stabilität in der Umsetzung zu gefährden

WAS DICH ERWARTET
- Technischer Sales Support: Konzepte gemeinsam mit Vertrieb und Kunden erstellen, Kostenbudget und Angebot validieren, Sparringspartner für Vertrieb und Kunden.
- Technische Konzepte entwickeln, Technische Konzepte mit Konstruktion (Teil der Entwicklungsprojekte: Den Kunden im Entwicklungsprojekt vertreten), Projektmanagement, Logistik, Fertigung, Service und Einkauf klären. Konzepte an Kunden-/Regulationsanforderungen anpassen.
- Breites Gesamtverständnis der PALFINGER Produkte und Module, um sie optimal für Konzepte zu nutzen.
- Konzepte mit Produktmanagement abstimmen: Produktmanagement unterstützen, um Business Modelle für zukünftiges Wachstum zu entwickeln. Überprüfen, ob die geforderte Lösung zu unserer Strategie passt.
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von Application-Engineers innerhalb der Produktlinie

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management or related roles within data-driven businesses or the sports industry.
- Experience with architecting scalable applications and Agile development environments.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- High resilience and ability to thrive in complexity.
- Results-oriented with a hands-on mentality.
- Demonstrable experience in application support and development coordination.
- Ability to translate ideas into solutions and facilitate discussions.
- Advanced degree in business administration, data science, or a related field.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage cross-functional projects including planning, budget, quality, risk management, and lead a virtual and international project team. -
End2End responsible for the whole project lifecycle by translation market requirements into valuable digital solutions -
Strategic Planning and Implementation of digitalization strategies aligned with the company's business goals. -
Manage internal and external stakeholders, builds lasting partnerships, alliances and effective communication with all stakeholders at all levels of the organization. -
Perform competitive- and market-analysis, constantly monitor market developments/trends in the industry and the industry-related environment
