- Ansprechpartner im Fachbereich und Second Level Support für globale Softwareanfragen
- Unterstützung beim weltweiten Rollout von Software- und Updatepaketen sowie der Lizenzvergabe von PALSOFT-Programmen
- Erstellung, Übersetzung und Pflege von Softwaredokumentationen
- Durchführung von Softwareschulungen und Softwareinstallationen
- Zusammenarbeit mit technischem Kundendienst und Feedback zur Weiterentwicklung der Service-Software

Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for the creation, revision, and updating of standard legal documents and contracts for various business units
- Support in contract reviews and negotiations for various national and international business units
- Legal assessment of issues in collaboration with specialist departments in the areas of labor law, corporate law, or administrative law and participation in projects in an international context
- Coordination with involved lawyers on special issues, in litigation, or in international projects

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 3-5 years relevant work experience in process management, process improvement and data analysis.
- General and integrated understanding of Finance and/or Operations processes
- Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Technical understanding and enthusiasm in digital trends and innovations
- Team player, organizational talent, self responsibility
- Ability to flexibly adapt to changing business requirements
- Familiarity with major RPA Tools (e.g. UiPath)
- Understanding of process mining technologies (e.g. Celonis) is a plus
