Your responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner for the global MARINE Service organization, providing proactive support and guidance to managers across the region
- Drive and implement tailored HR strategies for MARINE Service in cooperation with the regional Management team
- Support workforce planning, personnel cost management and organizational development
- Analyze HR KPIs and market trends, derive actionable insights and ensure follow-through on improvement measures
- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and train managers throughout the entire employee life cycle

Tasks 1. Strategic HR Partnership:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide HR solutions that drive performance and growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor, coaching leaders on people-related matters, including talent management, organizational design, and employee relations.
- Support the transformation in a PE backed environment and change management initiatives and help build a high-performance culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and oversee scope, budget, time, quality, and external implementation teams/partners.
- Execute projects following Red Bull project management standards and principles.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams such as architecture and business partners.
- Manage stakeholders, risks, and testing processes.
