Join our team as a Communications Manager (2 years temporary contract) and bring Red Bull's Breaking Program to the forefront of the global dance scene. Reporting to the Red Bull BC One Communications Lead, you will execute Red Bull’s breaking communications strategy with a big focus on Artists, Third-Party Events, Breaking Projects and Content Activations (Event and Non-Event).

GLOBAL DANCE PROJECTS
In this role, you’ll create awareness of Red Bull’s Breaking Program with a big focus on Artist Projects, Third-Party Events, Breaking Projects and Content Activations (Event and Non-Event).
Another vital part of this role will be to translate communications vision, goals, and core strategies for Breaking to create the most efficient tactics across Earned, Managed and Owned.
You’ll set quality precedent throughout the organization, delivering best practice examples to enhance performance. You’ll also ensure internal global network awareness of Dance highlights and learnings through newsletters, guidelines, and best practices. Moreover, you’ll support stakeholders (e.g., content, advertising) in identifying the right protagonists and storylines to best reflect our programs and initiative.
STORIES & INITIATIVES
You’ll identify story angles and initiatives which will speak to the target audience through earned media and owned channels. Additionally, you’ll work with the content team on country and artist initiatives, and take the lead and bring together key stakeholders for each project.
COUNTRY SUPPORT
Another part of the role is to provide National Communication Managers with the overall communication strategy and support the country adaptions ensuring consistency while taking into consideration the cultural nuances. You’ll centrally develop tools for local adaption and activation and guide, enable and advise National Communication Managers on strategy, content distribution and activation of our Breaking initiatives. Furthermore, you’ll share best practices and ensure to capitalize on opportunities globally where relevant.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- +5 years’ experience in communications & PR, preferably in entertainment / cultural / sports projects and expert knowledge of dance/sport, media work, media distribution, content, and artist PR
- Experienced working with dancers/athletes on delivering impact within their targeted community and objective, experience managing agencies, international stakeholder management is a big plus
- Strong planning, prioritization, and project management competencies, exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal and presentations
- Enthusiastic, open-minded, and proactive team player mentality
- Bachelor’s Degree in PR, Marketing, Journalism, Literature, or similar field
- Fluent in English, multi-language is a plus
- Travel 0-10%
