- Master of Science in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or similar field
- At least 3-5 of experience in the SAP production planning and/or quality management modules are required.
- Fluent English skills, German is a plus

- University degree in computer science / similar study or equal practical experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience within an IT department or consulting company
- Hands-on experience in IT project management and in the global roll-out and delivery of business applications
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions or work with external partners
- Understanding of software development and system architecture (data models, integration of systems, programming languages and APIs) is beneficial
- Experience with management, configuration and implementation of SaaS based solutions is valuable
- A good understanding of AI concepts and frameworks to drive applications and foster innovation is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in requirement engineering (user story creation, process modelling, prototyping, …) or business analysis is beneficial

- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Workfront, Confluence, and Jira) to coordinate cross-functional projects
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive data-informed decisions

- Contribute to the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, ensuring it meets the needs of a growing, global business
- Actively engage in product development projects by using tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, and Product Audits, and by ensuring on-time delivery of major deliverables
- Design and implement global quality standards and processes across engineering, production, and procurement, and ensure their effective application
- Take ownership of claim management and apply structural problem-solving methods to optimize customer satisfaction and efficiency
- Identify global improvement potential across the product line and lead or engage in optimization and transformation projects that will drive growth and increase market share

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable product development or product management role, ideally within the POS product environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Strong procurement skills with basic contract management knowledge.
- Proven success in managing end-to-end product development projects and leading sustainability optimization initiatives, integrating sustainability principles into product design.
- Experience in project and process management, with the ability to handle multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Strong understanding of structured project management and the ability to work cross-functionally across different departments.
- Expertise in sustainable materials, sustainable product development, or sustainability in design.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for product analysis and reporting; experience with SAP is desirable.
- Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced, global organization.
