Deine Aufgaben
- Planung, Organisation, Steuerung und Überwachung von Projekten – von der Initiierung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss;
- Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen sowie Definition von Meilensteinen;
- Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Auftraggeber:innen, internen Teams und externen Partnern sowie abteilungsübergreifende Koordination;
- Kontinuierliche und enge Kommunikation mit Kund:innen, inklusive operativer Betreuung und Beratung;
- Planung und Durchführung von Abnahmen, Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe und nachhaltiger Kundenzufriedenheit;

Ihre Aufgaben
- Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle aller betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozesse
- Nachverfolgung von Projektkennzahlen, Auftragsbeurteilung, Kontrolle von Vertragsgrundlagen und Erstellung von Zahlungsplänen bei Projekten
- Personalverantwortung für das kaufmännische Team vor Ort (z. B. Administration, Rechnungswesen)
- Schnittstelle zwischen Technik, Geschäftsführung und externen Partnern
- Berichterstattung an den Standortleiter und an die Geschäftsleitung
