YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and ensure compliance with certification processes (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) across all Palfinger entities
- Conduct internal audits and assess the effectiveness of the Global PALFINGER Management System (GPMS)
- Develop audit programs, plans, schedules, and checklists based on risk assessments and strategic priorities
- Continuously improve QHSE policies and standards and assist local entities in their implementation
- Oversee corrective and preventive actions for compliance and support the implementation of global "Quality Leader" strategies and quality targets

Tasks

- Taking on the key-user role for the new supplier portal and being responsible for its maintenance and further development
- Supporting the evaluation, selection, and development of suppliers in collaboration with Purchasing
- Participation in the approval process for raw materials and suppliers
- Supporting supplier audits (document review, preparation, on-site or remote participation)
- Providing and updating quality-related documents for customer inquiries
- Clarifying quality-related customer requirements with internal departments
- Contributing to improvement initiatives and global quality and food safety projects
- Supporting the maintenance and harmonization of global quality processes
- Conducting data analyses on quality-related topics (e.g., trends, risks, KPIs)

- Identify and acquire new customers with a ‘hunter’ mindset
- Develop customized concepts in collaboration with internal teams
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to spot growth opportunities
- Create and execute strategic account plans
- Lead contract negotiations and secure framework agreements
- Represent NovaTaste at trade fairs, industry events, and customer workshops
- Participate in regular team meetings in Germany and Salzburg

- Maintain and update project data using internal tools (e.g., PALdesk)
