YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and optimize driver-based planning models across Regions, Functions and Productlines
- Lead the design and optimization of enterprise planning and forecasting models with a strong focus on automatization, governance and data quality
- Translate business drivers into actionable data models within annual budgets, rolling forecasts and strategic planning
- Partner with Data Analytics teams to ensure seamless data integration from ERP and data warehouse systems and govern Planning & Consolidation metadata, hierarchies, and business rules
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and provide decision-support analytics, scenario modeling, and variance analysis to actively further shape our Planning & Consolidation strategy

What awaits you?
- Controlling of Sales and Costs for BMW, MINI and Motorrad for the region Central and Southeastern Europe (comprising 12 markets).
- Strong involvement in planning, steering and reporting of financial KPIs.
- Analysis of plan/target gaps and derivation of target-aimed measures.
- Support in the financial evaluation of planned strategic activities.
- Support for monthly closing, forecasts and budget planning.
- Preparation of regular reports and management presentations.
- Ensure a constant dialogue and information exchange between central departments, regional headquarter and local offices.
- Further development of controlling concepts, methods and processes.

- Du konntest bereits wertvolle Arbeitserfahrung sammeln, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld, durch Praktika oder darüber hinaus – und was auch immer du anpackst, du tust es mit Leidenschaft.
- Du schätzt die Zusammenarbeit im Team und zeichnest dich durch einen unternehmerischen Geist sowie eine Hands-on-Mentalität aus, insbesondere wenn es darum geht, bedeutende Projekte anzugehen oder sich neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind für unser Graduate-Program im HQ in Österreich notwendig. Für manche Positionen sind Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich, und zusätzliche Sprachen sehen wir immer als Pluspunkt an.

What awaits you?
- You support the BMW Motorrad team in their daily tasks (campaign planning & reporting, Marketing & Sales Funnel steering especially through preparation of presentations and analytics, digital and offline Marketing, Customer Support reporting, workshop capacity analyses, dealer communication) together with nine Markets of the Region Central and Southeastern Europe.
- Active support and participation in Marketing activities for product launches and all related life cycle measures which cover the whole BMW Motorrad Marketing mix as well as Customer Support topics (order trade fair, training preparation).
- You are in contact with external partners (creative, media, event, training agencies) and create interfaces to internal counterparts (Sales, Dealer Development, Purchasing, Finance and others).
- Responsibility for own BMW Motorrad projects which you align with your team members and our local offices in the nine markets.
- You prepare presentations for the Head of BMW Motorrad Department and affiliates.
