- Als Teil des Steuerteams berätst du die österreichischen Gesellschaften in sämtlichen steuerlichen Fragen (insbesondere Konzernsteuerrecht, Umsatzsteuer und Verkehrsteuern)

- Address finance matters in connection with Red Bull’s distribution partners including the DP selection process.

- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the Business Intelligence area with project involvement, ideally gained as a Controller, IT Consultant, Business Consultant, Business Analyst or Requirement engineer
- Profound knowledge of system-based planning and reporting tools – ideally SAP, SAP BW, SAP BI-IP Planning, S4/HANA, Hyperion Financial Management and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

- Be the finance point of contact for your market(s) incl. BMW & MINI.
- Preparation and communication of business recommendations and reports towards management (incl. management of the regional headquarter and local offices).
- Challenge management on business activities and ensure informed decisions are being made to maximize profitability.
- Identify pro-actively areas for improvement (e.g. profitability initiatives).
- Consolidate month end actual results, analyze Cost of Retail spend versus budget/plan, derive recommended actions and communicate to management.
- Collaborate with the wider team to plan the contribution margins for BMW/ MINI cars within the official Forecast and Budget process.
- Analyze quarterly CoR tactical programs and provide analysis to management.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Professional experience in the field of data & process governance
- Solid Finance background and good understanding of Finance processes are essential
- Technical experience with ERP/EPM/BW systems or corresponding reporting/analysis solutions (e.g. SAP BEx Web, Crystal Reports, BO Analysis and Analytics Cloud, Tableau) is beneficial

- You become a well-trusted finance business partner and sparring partner for our Marketing Departments. You work closely with them and support them in all financial and budget-related matters.
- You do this driven by a service mentality and by challenging, asking questions, and giving suggestions and insights.
- Moreover, you support the Marketing Departments in various projects and requests.
- In this role, you help to coordinate the Business Plan/Revised Estimates with budget owners, support and challenge them on realistic planning (monthly phasing, CAPEX/OPEX, guideline compliance, etc.)

Die Rolle
- 8-10 years of professional experience in a program/project management role with a focus on Procurement & Finance
- Verifiable experience in managing high-impact projects and applying project management methodologies
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and Source-to-Pay (S2P) systems, as well as supply chain management.
- Capability to communicate complex situations in straight-forward, facts-based manner to internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools such as Workfront, Confluence, and Jira to coordinate cross-functional projects
- End-to-end Supply Chain know-how, FMCG environment preferred

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics related
