- Design, implement, and optimize driver-based planning models across Regions, Functions and Productlines
- Lead the design and optimization of enterprise planning and forecasting models with a strong focus on automatization, governance and data quality
- Translate business drivers into actionable data models within annual budgets, rolling forecasts and strategic planning
- Partner with Data Analytics teams to ensure seamless data integration from ERP and data warehouse systems and govern Planning & Consolidation metadata, hierarchies, and business rules
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and provide decision-support analytics, scenario modeling, and variance analysis to actively further shape our Planning & Consolidation strategy

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop engaging digital learning experiences (e-learnings, videos, infographics, web content) using storytelling and adult learning principles
- Build and drive the digital training strategy, staying on top of learning trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the learning portfolio
- Maintain and update learning materials on our Learning Management System, ensuring seamless access and usability
- Use AI-driven tools and data analytics to enhance learner engagement and measure training impact
- Collaborate closely with regional training centers to define global governance (concepts, frameworks, standards, and processes) and ensure consistent roll-out and adoption across regions

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the definition of the BPM KPIs as well as the improvement of the BPM Framework, Process Modelling Notation and the Business Process Management Guide
- Further develop and the improve Business Process Architecture and support Process Owners and Senior Process and Data Manager in definition and documentation of the architecture of the process area
- Design, model and document business processes (BPMN 2.0) with special focus on the business process templates. Review and approve business processes against defined quality criteria to drive the cross-functional harmonization of business process documentation across the Process Landscape
- Provide consultancy to the Process and Data Organization in process architecture development and modelling, facilitate collaboration among BPM stakeholders to promote harmonized BPM practices and knowledge sharing including BPM trainings and development of training materials
- Perform administration and improvement of the BPM System (SAP Signavio) including the management of SAP Signavio dictionary, licenses, users and access rights

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and evolve global Sales/O2C process standards, including governance rules and KPI set, to drive continuous improvement and alignment across regions
- Identify and coordinate process experts worldwide, execute advanced training programs, and ensure knowledge transfer across regions
- Build up a solid foundation for Process Performance Monitoring to enable process integrity and compliance by monitoring process performance via KPIs/PPIs, analyzing deviations, and initiating corrective improvement measures
- Manage global rollout tasks in course of roll-out projects, ensuring consistent implementation and expected business impact across entitie
- Define system-related process requirements for O2C processes (SAP SD) validate changes (incl. testing coordination) and conduct rollout changes within the global change-control framework (RFC process)
