Your Tasks
- Analyze financial and operational performance of Marine After Sales/Service hubs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Act as a strategic partner to functional managers, supporting business development and decision-making.
- Develop and implement controlling standards and ensure consistency across all hubs.Coordinate key financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, target setting) and ensure timely reporting.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives through actionable plans in collaboration with Service and After Sales teams.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial excellence strategies to optimize sales effectiveness and profitability
- Design and monitor sales performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
- Lead pricing and margin optimization initiatives in collaboration with Finance (Pricing team) and Sales
- Support go-to-market planning, including segmentation, targeting, and resource allocation
- Identify and implement best practices in sales processes and tools
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to inform strategic decisions
- Drive CRM adoption and data quality, ensuring actionable insights for decision-making
- Facilitate training and capability-building programs for sales teams
- Act as a business partner to Sales leadership, providing analytical support and recommendations

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree in Business Management, Project Management, Economics, or equivalent field experience
- Excellent command of English, German preferred. Other languages are advantageous, but not required
- Strong, sociable presence with excellent communication skills across cultures
- Proven knowledge and network in the QSR, Fast Casual, and Coffee-Tea-Bistro industry
- Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel for impactful presentations and analysis
- Motivated to win new business and open to frequent travel

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience in FMCG, Business, or IT, with strong project management and problem-solving skills
- University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar or equal practical experience
- Excellent English skills, German is an advantage
- Analytical mindset with great attention to detail, structured thinking, and a process-driven approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with BI tools or coding languages (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL) is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills to clearly convey insights and solutions
- Self-motivated learner who works well independently and in teams

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the Business Intelligence area with project involvement, ideally gained as a Controller, IT Consultant, Business Consultant, Business Analyst or Requirement engineer
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills as well as project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Workfront
- Solid controlling/accounting background and understanding of financial processes
- Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Team player, self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
