YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You govern the global Service process landscape, ensuring quality, consistency, lifecycle management and documentation approvals
- You own the global Service change request backlog, coordinating cross‑process input, supporting prioritization and conducting structured impact evaluations (business value, profitability, Clean Core, scalability)
- You design and maintain cross‑system roles and authorization concepts, ensuring SoD compliance and alignment with global governance standards
- You support the implementation of global process templates and operational changes, coordinate incidents and govern justified exceptions while minimizing process customization
- You coordinate Service reporting requirements, ensure end‑to‑end process KPI definitions, and act as a governance and quality gate between business stakeholders, process experts and the data & analytics organization, driving effective communication and end‑user enablement

Was erwartet dich?
- Entwicklung, Optimierung und Wartung komplexer Cloud- und On-Premise-Datenumgebungen mit Cloud Data Warehouses wie Snowflake sowie Oracle/MS SQL.
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung automatisierter Datenladeprozesse, z.B. mit Snowpipe, sowie von Datenmodellen für Analytics- und Reporting-Zwecke.
- Erstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Dashboards und Reports mit Amazon Quick Suite, einschließlich KPI-Definition, Monitoring und Datenvalidierung.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen zur Erfassung von Anforderungen sowie Umsetzung datengetriebener Lösungen und Data-Governance-Strukturen.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Currently studying (or recently graduated in) Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data/Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Clear Communication in English, both spoken and written (any additional language is a plus).
- Strong interest in commercial topics such as pricing, promotions, sales, and revenue growth.
- Comfortable working with numbers, have solid Excel skills, and ideally some first experience with data analysis or reporting (e.g. through university projects or internships).
- Experienced in working in structured and detail-oriented way, and you enjoy turning data into clear, simple summaries and visuals.
- Proactive team player, curious to learn, open to feedback and motivated to work in an international environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the harmonization of procurement- and material-related data across different ERP systems (SAP, Infor LN, Microsoft Axapta)
- Assist in identifying consolidation and volume-bundling opportunities across Marine & Wind Cranes, Marine Handling Solutions, and Boats & Davits
- Prepare and analyze spending patterns to enable material and supply chain optimization
- Support cost‑saving and design‑to‑cost projects by analyzing BOM (Bill of Materials) and preparing cost overviews. You will closely collaborate with the lead buyers and other project team members
- Support in creating project documentation such as presentations, templates, dashboards, and reporting materials

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the preparation, analysis, and improvement of regular financial reports including monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing analytical insights and data support
- Contribute to IT-Controlling and efficiency projects by helping develop standards and optimize cost allocation systems
- Assist in managing intragroup service relationships and in further developing internal cost allocation models
- Process, clean, and analyze large data sets to ensure accuracy and provide meaningful financial insights

- Consult and support business processes with focus on SAP EWM, SAP MM (Purchasing), and SAP TM
- Design, document, implement/customize, and optimize logistics processes in alignment with the Process & Data Organization
- Participate in and contribute to specification workshops for new business requirements
- Coordinate and collaborate with external implementation partners, acting as an interface between PALFINGER and external teams

Tasks
- Lead and continuously improve HR operations across DACH(I), including employee data administration, HRIS accuracy, hire‑to‑retire processes, payroll coordination, time & absence, travel expenses, and personnel documentation
- Manage and develop the regional People Operations team, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Act as the primary operational interface for employees, works councils, and external partners; serve as escalation point for complex operational matters
- Drive HR process standardization, digitalization, and optimization, including ownership of SuccessFactors usage, HR reporting, and automation initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with local labor law, data protection, and governance requirements; lead operational works council interactions and negotiations
- Own the operational Talent Acquisition setup, including SuccessFactors Recruiting, recruiting workflows, onboarding, and standardized offboarding processes
