- Create and execute strategic account plans
- Lead contract negotiations and secure framework agreements
- Represent NovaTaste at trade fairs, industry events, and customer workshops
- Participate in regular team meetings in Germany and Salzburg

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Currently studying or recently graduated with a University Degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in the field as a Student Marketeer is preferred, but not essential
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to present in front of groups
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and MS Office Skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and a structured, process-driven mindset
- A fast learner who is self-motivated and able to work independently, well-organized
- Creative problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to identify opportunities for improvement
- Strong team player with a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to take ownership of tasks
- High energy, flexibility, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to develop search strategies and deliver high-quality talent for senior and expert roles.
- Lead the full recruitment cycle with confidence and ownership, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and professional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Craft compelling, brand-aligned job postings that speak to the right audiences and attract exceptional talent.
- Collaborate with our Talent Attraction & Employer Branding team to support impactful initiatives—from campaigns and events to digital and offline activities—that strengthen our market presence.
- Use data and insights to track key recruiting metrics, contribute to continuous improvement, and actively participate in the refinement of our evolving TA processes.
