- Du übernimmst verschiedene Rollen bei der Implementierung neuer Prozesse, Erstellung von Fachkonzepten und der Definition von Systemanforderungen.
- Du wickelst proaktiv Sonderthemen aus dem Bereich Vertragsmanagement ab und führst die nachhaltige Implementierung von neuen Sondervereinbarungen durch.
- Du verantwortest die Durchführung von Qualitätsmaßnahmen und –kontrollen.
- Die Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statistiken für den internen Gebrauch und für unsere Kunden sind in Deinem Aufgabengebiet.
- Je nach Rolle übernimmst Du Projektverantwortung oder arbeitest proaktiv in fachspezifischen nationalen sowie internationalen Projekten mit.
- Du unterstützt das Team im Tagesgeschäft.
- Abschließend unterstützt und vertrittst Du den Leiter Customer Interaction Center B2B.

- Internationale Kundenbestellungen erfassen & bearbeiten (inkl. Leergut & Paletten)
- Artikel- & Gebindeverfügbarkeiten prüfen, Bedarfsplanung mit Produktion abstimmen
- Verladetermine koordinieren & proaktive Kundenkommunikation
- Transporte mit Speditionen und Kunden organisieren
- Lieferscheine, Transport-, Zoll- & Biersteuerdokumente erstellen inkl. Fakturierung

Your responsibilities
- Further development and evaluation of the PALFINGER Partner Standards Program (guidelines, bonus systems, etc.) in close collaboration with Sales, Aftersales, etc.
- Preparation, creation, and follow-up of key performance indicators and reports for sales, installation, and service partners, with a strong focus on partner performance
- Definition of sales, installation, and service partner management processes (scouting, screening, onboarding, development)
- Leading and contributing of strategic and global Network Development projects
- Supporting the further development of essential online tools and platforms

- Coordinate go-to-market strategies together with Product Management, Sales, and Regional Marketing, ensuring consistency across hubs and regions
- Create compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that address customer needs and differentiate PALFINGER in the market
- Lead global product launches, ensuring seamless handover to regional teams and supporting their local execution, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales & Service, and Marketing & Communications to deliver impactful marketing initiatives
- Manage projects and monitor results, ensuring activities are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact
