- Managing daily operations for 12 markets in Central and Southeastern Europe, including strategic planning, event coordination support, and providing markets with relevant information and briefings.

- Planning and conducting the annual corporate reputation study in coordination with the market research team, analyzing results, preparing management summaries, and developing a communication strategy for the Austrian market.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the regional internal corporate communication plan aligned with global strategies and editorial calendars, implementing corporate key messages and deriving regional messaging

- Plan, set up, and launch global and regional performance marketing campaigns across search, display, and social platforms, adapting content and targeting for local markets
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns by monitoring performance, adjusting targeting/bidding/creatives, conducting A/B tests, and collaborating with agencies for creative improvements

RESPONSIBILITIES
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the legal field, with a focus on compliance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in overseeing legal compliance risk management, with an emphasis on areas such as anti- corruption & bribery, antitrust- & competition law, supply chain and ESG compliance, sanctions & trade compliance, data protection, cyber security & human rights protection.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs (incl. compliance communication & network strategies) and initiatives within a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex legal and compliance issues and develop effective solutions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools, as well as standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to think critically and strategically about compliance risks and opportunities, and to develop innovative solutions to address them.
