RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management (or equivalent practical experience); experience in data science is a plus.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are beneficial.
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar business field — production processes, data setup, operations, or master data management.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP required), with hands-on experience managing BOMs and recipe data.
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to ensure data accuracy and maintain consistency across systems and stakeholders.
- Proactive, open-minded, and motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate cross-functional projects effectively.

Die Rolle
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Lebensmitteltechnologie, Ernährungswissenschaften, Chemie, Pharma oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lebensmittelindustrie, idealerweise im Qualitätsmanagement
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Audits bzw. im Auditmanagement wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel); SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Professionelles und souveränes Auftreten
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
