- You take on the central role in our international IT projects and are the professional and technical contact person for our operations control software.
- As a process/domain expert, you will advise our customers and play a leading role in the planning, coordination and implementation of our software technologies.
- Together with our users, you determine their requirements for our software. In addition to analysing and documenting customer needs, you will act as an interface to our software development teams.
- In the course of software upgrades, you will accompany our customers during the rollout of new features and support them in the implementation of updates.
- Through continuous exchange, you will be familiar with customer needs and proactively address development potential.

- Du übernimmst die zentrale Rolle in unseren internationalen IT-Projekten und bist fachliche und technische Ansprechperson für unsere Einsatzleitsoftware.
- Als Prozess- / Domänenexpert*in berätst du unsere Kunden und bist federführend in der Planung, Koordination und Implementierung unserer Softwaretechnologien.
- Gemeinsam mit unseren Anwender*innen ermittelst du deren Anforderungen an unsere Software. Neben der Analyse und Dokumentation der Kundenbedarfe, fungierst du als Schnittstelle zu unseren Software Development Teams.
- Im Zuge der Softwareupgrades begleitest du unsere Kunden beim Rollout neuer Features und unterstützt bei der Durchführung von Updates.
- Durch den kontinuierlichen Austausch kennst du die Kundenbedarfe und sprichst proaktiv Entwicklungspotenziale an.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree in computer science / similar study or equal practical experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience within an IT department or consulting company
- Hands-on experience in IT project management and in the global roll-out and delivery of business applications
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions or work with external partners
- Understanding of software development and system architecture (data models, integration of systems, programming languages and APIs) is beneficial
- Experience with management, configuration and implementation of SaaS based solutions is valuable
- A good understanding of AI concepts and frameworks to drive applications and foster innovation is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in requirement engineering (user story creation, process modelling, prototyping, …) or business analysis is beneficial
- Proactive working style, excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) paired with performance- and result-orientation

RESPONSIBILITIES
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the legal field, with a focus on compliance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in overseeing legal compliance risk management, with an emphasis on areas such as anti- corruption & bribery, antitrust- & competition law, supply chain and ESG compliance, sanctions & trade compliance, data protection, cyber security & human rights protection.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs (incl. compliance communication & network strategies) and initiatives within a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex legal and compliance issues and develop effective solutions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools, as well as standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to think critically and strategically about compliance risks and opportunities, and to develop innovative solutions to address them.
- Ability to stay current with changes in laws and regulations, and to adapt compliance programs accordingly.
