Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst die aktive Betreuung unserer Enduser und bist als Knowhow-Träger erste Anlaufstelle für alle Themen rund um globale Business Intelligence Lösungen
- Du erfasst und analysierst Informations-Anforderungen der Endanwender und übersetzt sie in technische Anforderungen für die Backend Entwickler
- Du erstellst Queries in den Backendtools SAP BW bzw. SAP Data Cloud (BDC) sowie Berichte mithilfe SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) bzw. Analytics for Office (AO) und hilfst bei der Sicherstellung des laufenden Betriebs auf Frontendseite
- Du unterstützt bei der Migration von SAP Business Warehouse zu SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), v.a. SAP DataSphere (DS), die sowohl SAP als auch non-SAP Datenquellen vereint
- Du arbeitest in einem kleinen, agilen Team und darfst dich auf ein breites Betätigungsfeld im BI Umfeld freuen

- Coordinate and oversee scope, budget, time, quality, and external implementation teams/partners.
- Execute projects following Red Bull project management standards and principles.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams such as architecture and business partners.
- Manage stakeholders, risks, and testing processes.

Die Rolle
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, IT & Systemmanagement, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Datenmanagement mit CRM-Systemen, MS Excel und Visualisierungstools wie SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Tableau oder Power BI
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und ein Auge fürs Detail
- Strukturierte, prozess- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Verständnis für Vertriebsprozesse
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein teamorientiertes Mindset – du arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zusammen
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, hohe Eigenmotivation und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the Business Intelligence area with project involvement, ideally gained as a Controller, IT Consultant, Business Consultant, Business Analyst or Requirement engineer.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, IT.
- Profound knowledge of system-based planning (BSS) and reporting tools – ideally SAP, SAP BW, SAP BI-IP Planning, S4/HANA, Hyperion Financial Management and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills as well as project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Workfront.
- Solid controlling/accounting background and understanding of financial processes.
- Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions.
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical skills and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Team player, self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of English, working knowledge of German is a plus, but not a requirement.
