Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP CPQ- und C4C-(CRM)-Plattform
- Analyse und Bewertung von Geschäftsanforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen sowie deren Umsetzung in technische Lösungen
- Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung von Projekten, Rollouts und Change Requests
- Anpassung und Konfiguration der Systeme (Customizing) zur optimalen Abbildung von definierte Geschäftsprozessen
- Sicherstellung der Integration mit SAP ERP sowie mit externen Anwendungen und Schnittstellen
- Übernahme des 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Supports für die betreuten Plattformen
- Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen für Anwender und Key User

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the implementations and rollouts of services across Red Bull and its subsidiaries.
- Coordinate scope, budget, time, quality and external implementation teams/partners.
- Deliver projects based on Red Bull project management standards and principles. Collaborate closely with external vendors, internal teams such as architects and business partners.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation and test management activities.
- Drive roadmaps and solutions to the company’s benefit.

Tasks
- Act as the primary contact for internal business and external service providers and stakeholders. Define and analyze requirements as a business partner together with the specialist departments, and translate them into technical solutions
- Optimize and further develop SAP CPQ and C4C (CRM) platform
- Plan and execute projects and change requests and rollouts
- Responsible for customizing of the related platforms to meet business requirements
- Manage integration with SAP ERP and third-party systems
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
- Conduct user trainings
