Your responsibilities
- Provide strategic support to the VP Corporate Marketing & Communications in planning, structuring, and monitoring the global marketing agenda, including defining objectives, tracking performance, and preparing decision-relevant analyses and presentations
- Manage the calendar, travel arrangements, and correspondence of the VP Corporate Marketing & Communications to ensure efficient scheduling, professional communication, and smooth daily operations
- Oversee the global marketing budget and portfolio by coordinating planning and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines, and identifying opportunities for optimization and cost efficiency
- Coordinate and prioritize strategic initiatives, meetings, and cross-functional projects within the VP CMC area to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely execution
- Design and implement formats, tools, and events that foster collaboration, engagement, and knowledge sharing across the global marketing and communications community

- As key contributor to the monthly S&OP process, translate the consensus demand plan into medium- and long-term supply strategies that balance capacity, materials, and logistics constraints. Lead the regional supply and global supply review meetings
- Monitor global capacity utilization and production allocation, escalating and resolving major constraints or structural imbalances
- Lead cross-functional alignment with Finance, Sales, Operations and regional supply teams, presenting supply scenarios and recommendations to senior leadership
- Drive global supply planning process improvements and digital transformation to enhance end-to-end visibility and decision-making
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that standardize and simplify the global supply chain, improving performance and resilience

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Studying or have a university degree in Marketing, Sales and Communication or similar
- Excellent command of English. Other languages advantageous, but not required
- First Experience in Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Digital Trade Marketing, preferably FMCG experience
- Demonstrate planning and project management · Management of different stakeholders
- Innovative, self-motivated, solution-oriented, and creative mindset with problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communicator with openness to understand and adapt to cultural nuances

Your tasks
- Manage and develop COPA-DATA’s representative organization in Brazil, ensuring alignment with regional sales, marketing, and partner objectives across the Americas.
- Develop and execute energy-sector business and partner strategies aligned with both our global goals and the regional growth priorities of the Americas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators and key accounts
- Identify and onboard new partners that align with our long-term strategy
- Monitor energy market trends, grid modernization programs, and digitalization initiatives to adapt regional strategy
- Coordinate partner initiatives and industry projects to ensure impactful delivery and visible business outcomes
- Support sales teams with manufacturing-industry insights, value propositions, and competitive positioning during sales pursuits
- Coordinate communication, forecasting, and strategic planning between COPA-DATA USA Corp. and the representative organization in Brazil to strengthen regional consistency and visibility
- Collaborate with internal Industry and Product Management to translate energy-sector needs into solution content and go-to-market initiatives
- Gather and share intelligence on manufacturers, OEMs, and automation partners to inform regional strategy.

YOUR TASKS:
- Develop the global strategy for processes and data in collaboration with the Senior Process Manager for the focus areas Supply Planning and Inventory management
- Ensure standardized data collection, data handling and system entry to allow for a focus on decision making
- Ensure knowledge build up and sharing across regions & sites (e.g., concept behind safety/cycle stock, inventory drivers, constrained vs. unconstrained demand)
- Design and maintain standardized inventory monitoring and escalation governance
- Lead process modeling, documentation, and training of local experts during rollouts
