Provide input to Marketing and implement a global employer branding strategy, analyze market trends and competitive landscapes, and run global branding campaigns to attract talent -
Build and maintain a strong employer brand that reflects the company’s values and culture, provide content like role models and testimonials, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels -
Plan and execute global employer branding campaigns using digital media, events, and AI, collaboration with partners to create engaging content -
Support recruitment teams in developing and attracting top talent and promote employee engagement and retention through targeted branding initiatives -
Monitor and analyze employer branding effectiveness, adjust strategies based on results and report progress to the VP People Development & Culture

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 3+ years of field sales management experience in the FMCG industry, including expertise in route-to-market management and store-level retail operations.
- Bachelor-level degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Proven experience in team management, project management, and the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 2+ years of experience in the FMCG sector, ideally within the beverage industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
- A structured, process-oriented approach with a deep understanding of sales processes.
- Hands-on experience in International Sales Business Insights, Distributor/Wholesaler (DP/WHS) Management, and Field Sales Management.
- Proven experience in managing projects, with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with econometric modelling and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP BI, Power BI, and Tableau; familiarity with SQL or R is a plus.

- Minimum 5+ FMCG experience, in Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing OR E-Commerce preferably within beverages
- Proven Trade Marketing experience with Brand Marketing exposure
- Proven E-commerce and online experience
- A keen interest in new technologies and the digital world
- Solution-oriented and creative with problem solving and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communicator with openness to understand and adapt to cultural nuances
- Advanced Power Point skills to illustrate and sell ideas. Experience in design suites such as Photoshop preferable but not required
- Understanding of sales landscape
- Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5+ years of experience in category management and/or trade marketing roles with customer facing experience.
- Extensive knowledge in working with data (e.g. Nielsen IQ, Circana, etc.) as well as strong analytical skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Extensive knowledge of Planogram software (e.g. Blue Yonder JDA, Nexgen).
- In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry; ideally experience in food & beverage
- Strong attention to detail, process driven and structured.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey analytical insights across all levels of the organisation, as well as to deliver presentations and training sessions.
- Innovative, self-motivated, solution-oriented mindset with problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
