Tasks
- Analyze and manage the global raw material portfolio to ensure optimal efficiency and quality
- Lead and execute technical projects on an international level
- Collaborate closely with local and global raw material management teams, R&D, procurement, and quality management to align strategies and processes
- Support the procurement department in adapting to market trends and fluctuations
- Act as an expert for all raw material-related inquiries and decisions
- Develop, implement, and monitor globally aligned processes
- Consolidate and harmonize raw materials across regions
- Identify synergies for cost optimization and portfolio improvement

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Law or Science degree in natural sciences (chemistry, biology, technics), ideally with a special focus in food law.
- Fluent in English, German skills are an advantage:
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in a law firm, international company (food or pharma industry) or similar.
- Knowledge of European and other food law.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to analyse and interpret regulations, legal advice and other legal or scientific papers.
- A well-organised, proactive team player with the ability to prioritize and taking responsibility.
- Accuracy and trustworthiness.

Tasks 1. Strategic HR Partnership:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide HR solutions that drive performance and growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor, coaching leaders on people-related matters, including talent management, organizational design, and employee relations.
- Support the transformation in a PE backed environment and change management initiatives and help build a high-performance culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5+ years of experience in category management and/or trade marketing roles with customer facing experience.
- Extensive knowledge in working with data (e.g. Nielsen IQ, Circana, etc.) as well as strong analytical skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Extensive knowledge of Planogram software (e.g. Blue Yonder JDA, Nexgen).
- In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry; ideally experience in food & beverage
- Strong attention to detail, process driven and structured.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey analytical insights across all levels of the organisation, as well as to deliver presentations and training sessions.
- Innovative, self-motivated, solution-oriented mindset with problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
