RESPONSIBILITIES
- 2–4 years work experience in talent management, influencer marketing, gaming/esports, or entertainment industries
- Bachelor in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Science or related
- Fluent English (written & spoken), additional languages are a plus
- Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with gaming talents internationally

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum 10+ years in a leading marketing role within the event space (gaming, esports, sports, etc.) at Red Bull or a similar consumer-driven brand, agency, publisher, or organization—holding full content and budget responsibility
- Proven collaboration with gaming event organizers, a strong network in the gaming/esports industry, and deep familiarity with PC, console, and mobile games. Being an active gamer with hands-on knowledge of top competitive titles (e.g., CS, League of Legends, Dota 2, Valorant, Rainbow Six, Age of Empires II) is essential
- Demonstrated success as an independent project leader with a solid track record of delivering impactful initiatives, alongside strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage teams
- Strong organizational talent, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders and markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills; fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages as a plus
