RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the IT field, preferably in a consulting or cross-functional role
- Strong governance skills with a structured, conceptual approach
- Advanced data analysis capabilities to support fact-based decision-making
- Solid understanding of IT management processes and financial aspects
- Proven experience in communicating with senior leadership and external partners
- Excellent stakeholder management skills in English and preferably in German

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 2+ years of experience in internal communications, training development, or a related field, with proven ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in fluent English, with the ability to translate technical or data-related concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing training materials, presentations, e-learning content, and visually appealing materials using tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, gather feedback, and summarize engagement metrics to continuously improve communication and learning initiatives.
- Interest in data concepts, tools, and technologies—such as data visualization, analytics, or reporting platforms—to support effective communication and training in a data-driven environment.

- Strategische Planung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von bereichsübergreifenden Initiativen zur Optimierung der Customer Experience und Datenstrategie
- Definition, Steuerung und Monitoring von Datenmanagement-Initiativen, insbesondere im Hinblick auf rechtssichere Consent-Prozesse und zielgerichtete Datenanreicherung

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completed Matura level education with vocational training, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Native-level German and business-level English.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in operational procurement or P2P roles.
- Experience in the automotive sector strongly preferred; FMCG experience is a plus.
- Solid working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to solve problems proactively and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience collaborating in global organizations and cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial “can-do” mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
