- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Service-Desk-Teams sowie Koordination externer Partner
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität und Kundenzufriedenheit
- Optimierung von Supportprozessen sowie Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen
- Weiterentwicklung der Support-Wissensdatenbank als zentrale Informationsquelle
- Unterstützung bei der laufenden Weiterentwicklung unserer zentralen ITSM Plattform, zusammen mit dem verantwortlichen Produkt-Team
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von AI-gestützten Prozessverbesserungen und Automatisierungslösungen gemeinsam mit dem Team

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recently graduated, ideally in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field.
- Previous exposure to HR, Talent Acquisition or People Operations through internships, working student roles or projects is a plus, not a requirement.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working with data and detail; Excel skills are a strong asset.
- Knowledge or interest in using AI tools to improve work efficiency is a plus.
- Structured and organized, with the ability to manage several workstreams at once.
- Curious and proactive, and not afraid to ask questions across different areas of work.

- Entwicklung, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Optimierung skalierbarer Datenpipelines
- Integration und Harmonisierung von Daten aus SAP- und Non-SAP-Systeme
- Konzeption und Bereitstellung von Datenmodellen und Data Products für Business Intelligence, Analytics, AI und Automatisierung
- Weiterentwicklung der Cloud- und Lakehouse-Plattformen sowie Mitgestaltung der Data Architecture
- Sicherstellung von Datenqualität, Performance, Verfügbarkeit und Monitoring entlang der gesamten Datenwertschöpfungskette
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, BI-Teams und weiteren Stakeholdern zur Umsetzung datengetriebener Lösungen

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support of the team in the planning and performing of internal audits / special projects
- Performance of data driven analytics and evaluation of business processes from an internal control and compliance perspective
- Coordination & handling of follow-up of measures
- Support of the team in the further development of tools & templates
- Proactive learning and development (e.g. learning on the job) of future-oriented competences and skills related to internal audit topics

Tasks
- Managing a designated customer portfolio via phone (Microsoft Teams) and email
- Handling customer inquiries through a system-supported ticketing platform with AI assistance
- Managing the complete order process, from order entry to on-time delivery
- Preparing quotations and price calculations using digital tools
- Recording and maintaining customer projects, for example during new product introductions
- Creating and maintaining master data (customer and product data)
- Preparing, implementing, and following up on customer agreements, as well as processing complaints
- Organizing and coordinating sales support activities
- Acting as the internal point of contact for the field sales team and serving as a key interface between internal departments
- Supporting cross-functional projects

Tasks
- Develop, operate, and continuously optimize scalable data pipelines
- Integrate, harmonize, and provide data from SAP and non-SAP systems
- Design and deliver data models and data products for Business Intelligence, Analytics, AI, and Automation
- Further develop our cloud and lakehouse platforms and actively contribute to our data architecture
- Ensure data quality, performance, availability, and monitoring across the entire data value chain
- Collaborate closely with business departments, BI teams, and other stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions

What awaits you?
- As an intern in the team, you will work with internal colleagues and external service providers to facilitate and further enhance the quality of our Sales Operations support offerings to Retail Partners. This will also include the establishment of innovative support solutions, such as the use of AI.
- In your job, you will be involved in analytical reporting activities to identify trends in the queries that are received from Retail Partners.
- As an interface to the wider Sales Operations team, you will be involved in ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of information.
- Your job will include the creation and continuous monitoring of vital knowledge content for our Support Centre in alignment with SMEs.
- You will be performing research in central ordering systems to extract relevant information for the resolution of Retail Partner queries.
- You will be in an interfacing position toward our IT colleagues to address technical issues and to collaborate on their enhancement.
- Creating presentations for internal and external stakeholders will also be part of your role.
