Internship Sales Operations HUB - Ordering

What awaits you?

• As an intern in the team, you will work with internal colleagues and external service providers to facilitate and further enhance the quality of our Sales Operations support offerings to Retail Partners. This will also include the establishment of innovative support solutions, such as the use of AI.
• In your job, you will be involved in analytical reporting activities to identify trends in the queries that are received from Retail Partners.
• As an interface to the wider Sales Operations team, you will be involved in ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of information.
• Your job will include the creation and continuous monitoring of vital knowledge content for our Support Centre in alignment with SMEs.
• You will be performing research in central ordering systems to extract relevant information for the resolution of Retail Partner queries.
• You will be in an interfacing position toward our IT colleagues to address technical issues and to collaborate on their enhancement.
• Creating presentations for internal and external stakeholders will also be part of your role.

What should you bring along?

• Advanced studies in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to quickly learn about new tools and technologies.
• Agility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting objectives.
• Basic familiarity with sales operations concepts and processes.
• First experiences with JIRA or other project management programs.
• Fluent in English (German language skills are an advantage).
• Willingness to travel, subject to business demand.

We are looking for you as of now for a duration of 12 months with a salary of € 2.303,00 gross.
