Was Sie mitbringen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Facharztausbildung im Bereich Gynäkologie und Geburtshilfe (inkl. Anerkennung der Österreichischen Ärztekammer)
- Bei nicht-österreichischen Facharztanerkennungen muss zum Zeitpunkt des Dienstantritts die Eintragung in der österreichischen Ärzteliste vorliegen
- Fertigkeiten und Tätigkeiten im Bereich der fetomaternalen Medizin, ambulanten, operativen und onkologischen Gynäkologie, Uroonkologie und rekonstruktive Beckenbodenchirurgie samt Erfahrungen und Fertigkeiten im Fachgebiet der Laparoskopie und der Endometriosebehandlung
- Interesse zur Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des gesamten Leistungsspektrums
- Intrinsische Motivation, Fertigkeiten und Erfahrungen im Bereich der roboterassistierten Chirurgie bzw. Bereitschaft zur Aneignung einer entsprechenden Expertise sowie zur Weiterentwicklung des Einsatzes der roboterassistierten Chirurgie in enger Kooperation mit der allgemeinchirurgischen und der urologischen Abteilung werden aktiv eingebracht
- Visionsfähigkeit und Begeisterung für die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit bei krankenhausspezifischen Projekten
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, kollegialer und wertschätzender Führungsstil

Deine Aufgaben
- Durchführung von Schulungen für Kund*innen und Mitarbeitende zu unseren Softwarelösungen und Produkten (online und vor Ort);
- Analyse von Kundenanforderungen/Kundenfeedback zur Weiterentwicklung von Schulungskonzepten;
- Erstellung und Pflege von Schulungsunterlagen und E-Learning-Inhalten in Form von Videos und Texten;
- Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit internen Teams (Entwicklung, Support, Vertrieb, Projektmanagement);
- Selbstständige und kontinuierliche fachliche und praxisbezogene Weiterbildung sowie regelmäßiger Fachaustausch mit internen Abteilungen.
