YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Drive project success by leading cross-functional core teams from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all stakeholders
- Plan & Execute Projects: Develop and implement structured project plans in line with PDP/CPP frameworks, focusing on timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standard
- Monitor & Control Progress: Track project performance using standardized KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and manage project data to support informed decision-making
- Manage Risks & Stakeholders: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making
- Ensure Governance & Communication: Prepare and present project updates to leadership, facilitate gate reviews, and ensure compliance with governance processes and toolchains

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee after-sales projects from initiation through to successful handover
- Serve as primary point of contact for technical and contractual topics
- Ensure compliance with agreements and manage related documentation
- Support NCR processes and coordinate with service branches for project execution
- Maintain and update project data using internal tools (e.g., PALdesk)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and ensure compliance with certification processes (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) across all Palfinger entities
- Conduct internal audits and assess the effectiveness of the Global PALFINGER Management System (GPMS)
- Develop audit programs, plans, schedules, and checklists based on risk assessments and strategic priorities
- Continuously improve QHSE policies and standards and assist local entities in their implementation
- Oversee corrective and preventive actions for compliance and support the implementation of global "Quality Leader" strategies and quality targets

Your responsibilities
- : Build and manage the ICT PMO, define project management standards, and ensure governance, compliance, and reporting.
- Reporting & Transparency: Prepare management reports, dashboards, and decision materials; organize ICT portfolio meetings.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central interface between Business, IT, Management, and partners; collaborate with project managers and functional leads.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop best practices, enhance PM tools and methodologies, and support transformation and change initiatives.
- Portfolio Oversight: Drive transparency and alignment across projects, ensuring consistent standards and effective decision-making.

Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Vorbereitung der Entscheidung von Kredit- und Leasinganträgen im Bereich B2D und B2C laut Kompetenzmatrix und die dazugehörige Kommunikation an die internen Businesspartner.
- Du hast die Hauptverantwortung über B2D Kunden in den Märkten Tschechien und Slowakei und unterstützt darüber hinaus auch B2D Kunden in den Märkten Österreich, Griechenland, Ungarn und Slowenien.
- Du bearbeitest insbesondere eigenständig die Einholung und Analyse von Jahresabschlüssen und kommentierst diese in den Kreditanträgen.
- Zu deinen weiteren Aufgaben zählen u.a. die Sicherheiten Verwaltung, das Reporting und Monitoring der aktiven B2D Kunden.
- Du berätst und unterstützt KollegInnen bzw. arbeitest fachübergreifend (Compliance, Forderungsmanagement) an Problemstellungen, die sich aus dem operativen Geschäft ergeben.
- Bei der Analyse von Reports und bei der (Weiter-)Entwicklung von Prozessen und Projekten kannst Du dich einbringen.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform quality control and product certification of supplier components, ensuring full compliance with technical and quality requirements, and support supplier audits and development activities in close cooperation with Global Supplier Quality Management
- Define, monitor, and report supplier quality KPIs, actively driving corrective and preventive actions to ensure sustainable continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative supplier relationships, leading joint improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies
- Contribute to the optimization and harmonization of quality management standards and processes across the organization
- Actively participate in optimization and transformation projects to support business growth, efficiency, and operational excellence
