Aufgaben – Dafür sorgen Sie bei uns:
- Strategieentwicklung und Maßnahmen: Sie entwickeln die Strategien für Ihren Verantwortungsbereich kontinuierlich weiter, entscheiden über abzuleitende Maßnahmen, konzipieren diese und übernehmen das Monitoring in enger Abstimmung mit relevanten Schnittstellen. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Fachexpert:innen aus den Bereichen Nachhaltigkeit, Rechtsservice und Compliance zusammen.
- Compliance- und Risikomanagement: Sie entwickeln allgemeine Compliance-Grundsätze mit Schwerpunkt auf Liefer- und Leistungsbeziehungen sowie das Compliance-Risikomanagementsystem und unsere internen Kontrollmaßnahmen weiter. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf gesetzlichen Anforderungen mit Sortimentsbezug (z.B. Kartell- und Wettbewerbsrecht, Händlerpflichten, Produkt-Compliance, CSRD, EUDR, CSDDD).
- Zukunftsfähigkeit unseres Sortiments: Sie arbeiten an der Zukunftsfähigkeit unseres Sortiments und stellen die Erreichung unserer gesetzten Ziele im Bereich Klima, Kreislaufwirtschaft, Biodiversität, Wasser und menschenrechtliche Sorgfalt sicher.
- Projektleitung, Koordination und Beratung: Sie leiten internationale Projekte und Arbeitskreise, beraten die dm-Ländergesellschaften und koordinieren die internationale Umsetzung von Projekten.
- Zukunftsfähigkeit unseres Sortiments: Sie arbeiten an der Zukunftsfähigkeit unseres Sortiments und stellen die Erreichung unserer gesetzten Ziele im Bereich Klima, Kreislaufwirtschaft, Biodiversität, Wasser und menschenrechtliche Sorgfalt sicher.
- Stakeholdermanagement: Sie pflegen und steuern das Stakeholdermanagement, insbesondere mit internationalen Industriepartner:innen und externen Berater:innen.
- Wissenstransfer und Schulung: Sie arbeiten sich eigenständig in neue gesetzliche und fachspezifische Themen des ESG-Managements ein und stellen den internationalen Wissenstransfer durch die Entwicklung von Schulungskonzepten, Richtlinien und Handbüchern sicher.
- Führung und Reporting: Sie verantworten und entwickeln die internationale Fachabteilung ESG-Management Sortiment weiter und übernehmen die fachliche Führung Ihres Teams. Zusätzlich dazu unterstützen Sie bei der Weiterentwicklung des internationalen Berichtswesen, um daraus gezielte Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the legal field, with a focus on compliance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in overseeing legal compliance risk management, with an emphasis on areas such as anti- corruption & bribery, antitrust- & competition law, supply chain and ESG compliance, sanctions & trade compliance, data protection, cyber security & human rights protection.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs (incl. compliance communication & network strategies) and initiatives within a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex legal and compliance issues and develop effective solutions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools, as well as standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Tasks
- Documentation and verification of raw material imports, including checking import declarations and customs clearances submitted by brokers for accuracy and completeness
- Communication with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and internal departments
- Maintenance and management of customs-relevant master data (commodity codes, customs tariffs, origin information)
- Review and application of preferential arrangements (e.g. EUR.1, supplier declarations)
- Advising and supporting the Swiss subsidiary on customs-related matters
- Coordination and support during customs audits and internal audits
- Monitoring legal changes in customs and foreign trade law and implementing them within the company
- Optimization of customs-related processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency
- Collaboration with purchasing, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure smooth import processes

Die Rolle
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK/HBLA-Matura, Lehre) oder Hochschulstudium.
- Einschlägige Erfahrung als Team Assistenz oder einer ähnlichen Funktion in einem internationalen Umfeld.
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch von Vorteil.
