Die wesentlichen Tasks sind:
- Entwicklung, Einführung und Pflege eines ISMS gemäß ISO 27001
- Bewertung von IT-Sicherheitsrisiken, Ableitung und Umsetzung von Schutzmaßnahmen
- Umsetzung von Compliance-Anforderungen (NIS2, IT-Grundschutz)
- Incident Response & digitale Forensik im Falle von Sicherheitsvorfällen
- Schulung & Sensibilisierung von Mitarbeitenden für IT-Sicherheit
- Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Management und externen Auditoren

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management; experience in the FMCG sector is a plus.
- Experience with procurement tools (e.g., Ariba, SAP) and data analysis is preferred.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent long-term experience in procurement.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a procurement role, preferably within a fast-paced global organization.
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay processes, ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and a clear understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and their impact on sourcing decisions.

- Project management experience is an advantage.

- Develop and implement effective operational IT security procedures and processes, with a focus on Network, IaaS and Cloud security. Define best practices and standards that meet unique local needs, ensuring no conflict with global standards.
