Deine Aufgaben
- Durchführung von Schulungen für Kund*innen und Mitarbeitende zu unseren Softwarelösungen und Produkten (online und vor Ort);
- Analyse von Kundenanforderungen/Kundenfeedback zur Weiterentwicklung von Schulungskonzepten;
- Erstellung und Pflege von Schulungsunterlagen und E-Learning-Inhalten in Form von Videos und Texten;
- Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit internen Teams (Entwicklung, Support, Vertrieb, Projektmanagement);

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define, document, and continuously improve business processes and Palfinger Development Process (PDP) architecture, ensuring standardization and compliance across all process guidelines
- Take ownership of assigned data objects—including structure, creation, modification, and deletion—and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and KPI performance
- Evaluate, prioritize, and document Requests for Change (RFC), manage release activities, and support process testing, training, and roll‑outs
- Monitor and report process and data KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives for efficiency and harmonization
- Support Process Owners and Managers, coordinate data experts, and lead data cleansing or improvement projects while fostering knowledge transfer across teams

- Ensure data quality in engineering for the AWP product line, including SAP data checks, approvals, and data cleansing

- Provide 1st-level SAP support and act as the global point of contact for the AWP development department
- Organize and deliver training sessions on SAP engineering guidelines in German and English
