Your responsibilites
- Manage and deliver SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects using SAP Activate and leading ERP project management practices
- Achieve results on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards with clear project milestones
- Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary, cross-functional, and international project teams, including external technology integration partners
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, manage change requests, and maintain strong stakeholder communication
- Prepare and present management reports, PMO status updates, and steering committee materials for executive decision-making

- Im Rahmen des 18-monatigen Programms arbeitest du in drei verschiedenen Abteilungen wie z.B. Digital Business, Data Protection, Sales Solutions oder Digital Finance; mit der Möglichkeit, für einige Zeit mit internationalem Fokus zu arbeiten.
- Du übernimmst von Anfang an Verantwortung und bringst dich aktiv bei den laufenden Projekten und Tasks ein; du erstellst unter anderem Reportings/Dokumentationen und unterstützt bei organisatorischen Aufgaben.
- Darüber hinaus arbeitest du auch an spannenden (inter)nationalen IT- & Digitalisierungsprojekten mit, wie z.B. Erarbeitung von neuen Strategien und Konzepten oder Entwicklung innovativer IT-Lösungen.
- Du lernst die verschiedenen Geschäftsbereiche der Porsche Holding kennen und erhältst einen umfassenden Überblick über das Unternehmen. Dadurch gewinnst du wertvolle Einblicke, knüpfst ein starkes Netzwerk und legst den idealen Grundstein für eine Festanstellung bei der Porsche Holding.
