Brand Marketing Operations Senior Specialist (m/w/d)
What you will be doing:
- Drive end-to-end coordination of global, omni-channel marketing initiatives from briefing to execution
- Build and maintain clear marketing processes, workflows, stage gates, and project structures across teams
- Lead structured briefing sessions and campaign reviews across Brand, Creative, Digital, In-store, Sports and Product Marketing
- Act as the central coordination hub between multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and smooth collaboration
- Translate marketing strategies into actionable project plans with clear timelines, ownership, and deliverables
- Improve operational efficiency by driving adoption of standardized ways of working (e.g. Asana, templates, workflows)
- Oversee content and asset flow in collaboration with channel and content teams, including structured asset management
- Organize regular project updates and documentation to keep Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams informed on milestones and progress
- Identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and continuously optimize how global marketing work gets delivered
Your profile and required competencies:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a similar role in a marketing/creative environment
- Strong understanding of how modern marketing works (integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, retail, and brand channels)
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, international environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with a structured, detail-oriented mindset
- Clear and confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-driven attitude
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana or similar) is a plus
- Fluent in English; good German skills are a strong advantage
