- Define and implement project management standards, tools, and governance models at PALFINGER Sales & Service
- Develop and continuously improve project management frameworks, processes, templates, and guidelines
- Act as PMO expert, providing guidance, coaching, and operational support to Project Managers and teams
- Design and deliver internal PM training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and maintain process and training documentation in accordance with BPMN 2.0 using Signavio, and conduct related process trainings
- Drive the continuous improvement, global rollout, and operational support of the Engineering Change Management process
- Define and implement requirement specifications for process optimizations
- Contribute to the development of the global process landscape and support process integrations and system implementations, including SAP and Teamcenter rollouts
- Manage and coordinate process optimization projects and maintain a global network of product line, regional, and local process experts in collaboration with internal and external partners.

- As an intern in the team, you will work with internal colleagues and external service providers to facilitate and further enhance the quality of our Sales Operations support offerings to Retail Partners. This will also include the establishment of innovative support solutions, such as the use of AI.
- In your job, you will be involved in analytical reporting activities to identify trends in the queries that are received from Retail Partners.
- As an interface to the wider Sales Operations team, you will be involved in ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of information.
- Your job will include the creation and continuous monitoring of vital knowledge content for our Support Centre in alignment with SMEs.
- You will be performing research in central ordering systems to extract relevant information for the resolution of Retail Partner queries.
- You will be in an interfacing position toward our IT colleagues to address technical issues and to collaborate on their enhancement.
- Creating presentations for internal and external stakeholders will also be part of your role.

WAS DICH AUSMACHT:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (z.B. Matura, HAK, HTL) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erste Erfahrung im Projekt- und Office-Management ist von Vorteil. Motivierte Berufseinsteigende sind jedoch willkommen.
- Organisationstalent mit strukturierter, selbständiger Arbeitsweise und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Power Point).
- Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit diversen Stakeholder (intern & extern).
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse. Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft zu Stores österreichweit und Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil.
