Was Dich Erwartet:
- Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der SAP SuccessFactors Module, inkl. 2nd & 3rd Level Support.
- Konzeption, Konfiguration und Administration der SuccessFactors Plattform inkl. Foundation‑ und cross-modularer Funktionen.
- Mitarbeit in konzernweiten HR‑IT Transformationsprojekten, inkl. Datenmigration und Integration neuer Lösungen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR- und IT‑Stakeholdern sowie Koordination externer Implementierungs- und Servicepartner.
- Analyse technischer Anforderungen, Bewertung neuer Funktionalitäten und Mitgestaltung der HR‑Systemarchitektur.

- Consult and support business processes with focus on SAP EWM, SAP MM (Purchasing), and SAP TM
- Design, document, implement/customize, and optimize logistics processes in alignment with the Process & Data Organization
- Participate in and contribute to specification workshops for new business requirements
- Coordinate and collaborate with external implementation partners, acting as an interface between PALFINGER and external teams
- Independently manage tasks such as leading work packages or (part) project leadership, including preparation and reporting of workshops and project meetings, as well as handling incidents in assigned modules

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide business process consulting with a focus on SAP SD and CS / S4 Service modules
- Design, document, customize, and optimize logistics processes in alignment with the Process & Data Organization
- Participate in requirement and specification workshops for new business demands
- Coordinate and collaborate with external implementation partners as an interface to internal teams
- Independently manage work packages or (sub-)projects, including preparation and reporting of workshops and meetings

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advanced undergraduate student, postgraduate student or recent graduate (Bachelor/Master degree).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate clear, actionable insights.
- Experience working with point-of-sale (POS) data (e.g., Nielsen, Circana).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel and professional PowerPoint storytelling.
- Experience with planogramming software (e.g., JDA, Space Planning) is an advantage.
- Proven project management and planning skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Innovative, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate data into clear, actionable insights for different audiences.
- Ability to effectively interact with peers, sales management and senior management.
