YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop the Analytics Data Platform team, shaping its architecture and roadmap within the Process and Data Management organization and fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Drive the design and scaling of our modern, cloud-based data platform on Snowflake - covering data ingestion, storage, transformation, and a governed semantic layer - and introduce cost-effective innovations such as real-time data processing.
- Establish platform standards for data modeling, data quality, security, and governance (e.g., role-based access control, data cataloging), ensuring the platform is reliable, performant, and cost-efficient.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the platform together with your team - monitoring reliability and performance, keeping an eye on cost, and continuously improving stability and automation.
- Partner with business stakeholders across the organization to align the platform with the overall strategy and enable self-service analytics and AI.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the improvement of engineering and product-related data quality in an international industrial environment
- Review, update, and maintain data quality rules to ensure accurate and consistent product data
- Collect and document product compliance data and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to data cleansing initiatives in collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, Compliance, and IT
- Improve process documentation and use AI-supported tools to analyze data and increase efficiency

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support smaller projects for template development and rollout initiatives, ensuring clear timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment while coordinating stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and priorities across PDO and functional teams
- Drive change management for template development and rollouts, including structured communication, adoption tracking, and feedback collection to support transparency and effective decision-making
- Support the preparation and execution of rollout activities across functions and regions, continuously improving rollout and change approaches
- Manage onboarding of new PDO members, ensuring structured integration into processes, tools, governance, and ways of working, while acting as a key contact point for operational and coordination topics within the Process & Data Organization
- Maintain and enhance PDO collaboration platforms as central information hubs, supporting communication, documentation, and knowledge sharing, while assisting BPM&A experts and leadership with standards, governance, process transparency, reporting, and KPI tracking

Deine Aufgaben:
- Du verfügst über eine fundierte Ausbildung im technischen, naturwissenschaftlichen oder wirtschaftsinformatischen Bereich und hast bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Datenanalyst:in, BI-Analyst:in oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle gesammelt
- Du besitzt ausgeprägtes analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken sowie ein sehr gutes Verständnis für Datenmodelle, Kennzahlen und Zusammenhänge
- Eigeninitiative und strukturierte sowie teamorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus

What can you expect?
- You will develop, operate and optimize the pan-European Sales Operations Business in a Group function (BMW and MINI).
- You will determine the best Sales Operations processes for Region Europe.
- You are responsible to constantly monitor performances and defined KPIs by utilizing dashboards and AI to analyze data, ensuring operational excellence, informed decision-making and continuous improvement in close collaboration with the BI network and the team.
- You will prepare and present relevant insights in the dedicated European Management Circles.
- You will steer the regular exchanges with the different involved stakeholders, like central and headquarter departments (e.g. ordering, stock management, volume planning, young used car management) and market-based functions (e.g. area manager) and national sales companies.
- You will contribute to the adoption of highly automated processes to guarantee mass capability for the whole European Region.
- You will identify new system requirements and taking responsibility to forward process and system adjustments to the respective business process owner.
