Ihre Aufgaben
- Sicherstellung der Buchbarkeit unserer Gruppenreisen durch Steuerung der Flugkontingente (Aufstockungen / Reduzierungen)
- Verhandlung mit Fluggesellschaften über Zusatzkapazitäten und Preise in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Flugeinkauf
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung vertraglicher Vereinbarungen (z. B. Release-, Namens- und Ticketingfristen)
- Umsetzung von Maßnahmen bei Flugänderungen, Streichungen oder Zeitverschiebungen
- Unterstützung des Teams in Krisensituationen, z. B. bei Streiks

- Consult and support business processes with focus on SAP EWM, SAP MM (Purchasing), and SAP TM
- Design, document, implement/customize, and optimize logistics processes in alignment with the Process & Data Organization
- Participate in and contribute to specification workshops for new business requirements
- Coordinate and collaborate with external implementation partners, acting as an interface between PALFINGER and external teams
- Independently manage tasks such as leading work packages or (part) project leadership, including preparation and reporting of workshops and project meetings, as well as handling incidents in assigned modules

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery of agreed objectives and results
- Drive continuous development and rollout of standardized process templates across the group
- Oversee release management, including implementation of RFCs, testing, and hypercare
- Coordinate technical implementations with internal and external partners (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA)
- Organize and ensure 3rd level support, including SLA management for 2nd level services

- Technical consulting and support of our industrial customers in solving application‑related challenges as well as during the introduction of new products
- Production‑technology support of ongoing customer projects
- Close cooperation with Sales as a technical sparring partner
- Development and optimization of application recipes for our products
- Planning, organization and execution of customer workshops and trade fairs in cooperation with Sales and Product Management
- Performing tests as well as sample and pilot productions in our application technology center
- Transfer of product know‑how and application expertise to other sales areas/markets (know‑how transfer, cross‑selling)
