- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience; or PhD in a related field
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and technical presentation skills
- Proficient in 3D CAD tools such as CREO, Siemens NX, ProE, SolidWorks, and others
- Hands-on experimental, prototype, and test background coupled with solid engineering skills
- Experience developing and executing engineering test plans, analyzing data, and communicating technical conclusions
- Strong engineering fundamentals with experience in mechanical and mechatronic systems, hardware troubleshooting, and structured problem solving
- Experience supporting the validation of precision mechanical assemblies, motion-related hardware, or substrate support and handling

- Design and develop substrate holders (chucks) for wet chemistry processes, including plating, cleaning, and etching applications
- Define sealing concepts, panel support strategies, clamping mechanisms, and chemical exposure interfaces
- Optimize designs for uniform process conditions, minimal particle generation, and high substrate integrity (e.g. low breakage, controlled deformation)

- Participate in all phases of the automation development: requirements, design/analysis, assembly, testing, integration, and volume manufacturing.
- Design and analyze mechanical and mechatronic systems, including motion control and automation.
- Conduct detailed analysis including structural, finite element analysis (FEA), thermal, heat transfer, stress, vibrations, fluid and gas flow dynamics, and manufacturability to properly specify designs.
- Work with cross-functional teams (software, controls, suppliers, manufacturing).
- Developing control systems in close collaboration with software teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies, prototype fabrication, and failure analysis using methods like 5-Why and 8D, characterize and validate design performance.
- Develop control systems hardware, perform PID tuning, and design motion profiles.
- Prepare reports and technical presentations to clearly communicate design intent, evaluation, and validation to a diverse audience in design reviews.
- Create documentation and support lifecycle management of products.
- Ensure documentation aligns with SEMI, Lam standards, and industry best practices for geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure solutions can be manufactured with high-quality, cost-optimized, and to requirements.

- Lead wet chemical process hardware development from concept through productization, including chamber design, prototyping and validation
- Design and integrate fluid delivery, recirculation, drainage and spray systems for high-performance wet processing applications
- Develop PnIDs, chamber layouts and flow concepts to ensure uniform chemical distribution, thermal stability and process performance
- Select materials and components with focus on chemical compatibility, corrosion resistance and long-term reliability
- Define requirements, perform engineering analyses and execute testing to validate chamber, fluidic and thermal performance
- Generate technical documentation, FMEA and specifications to deliver safe, manufacturable and cost-effective solutions
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams while providing technical leadership and mentorship in wet process hardware and chamber design

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on SAP Finance projects, ensuring timely delivery of agreed objectives and results
- Drive continuous development and rollout of standardized process templates across the group
- Oversee release management, including implementation of RFCs, testing, and hypercare
- Coordinate technical implementations with internal and external partners (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA)
- Organize and ensure 3rd level support, including SLA management for 2nd level services

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and evolve global Sales/O2C process standards, including governance rules and KPI set, to drive continuous improvement and alignment across regions
- Identify and coordinate process experts worldwide, execute advanced training programs, and ensure knowledge transfer across regions
- Build up a solid foundation for Process Performance Monitoring to enable process integrity and compliance by monitoring process performance via KPIs/PPIs, analyzing deviations, and initiating corrective improvement measures
- Manage global rollout tasks in course of roll-out projects, ensuring consistent implementation and expected business impact across entitie
- Define system-related process requirements for O2C processes (SAP SD) validate changes (incl. testing coordination) and conduct rollout changes within the global change-control framework (RFC process)

- Act as senior SAP FI/CO process expert with deep S/4Hana process and data model expertise
- Ensure adherence to global S/4Hana finance standards and guide stakeholders on process governance
- Analyze, document and continuously optimize finance and cross-functional processes
- Translate business requirements into S/4Hana-compliant functional designs
- Serve as key interface between Finance and IT, supporting projects, testing and user enablement
