- Improves product quality through test first pass yield and trend data. Analyzes factory non-conformances and field escalations for root cause and corrective action

- Support the full life cycle of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from concept to productization including conceptualization, designing, CAD modeling, development, and test/validation
- Designs components using variety of metals, ceramics, quartz, plastics, and advanced coatings
- Ensure documentation aligns with SEMI, Lam standards, and industry best practices for geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Conduct detailed analysis including structural, finite element analysis (FEA), stress, vibrations, gas flow dynamics, throughput, and manufacturability to properly specify designs
- Develop and conduct feasibility studies and test plans to characterize and validate design performance
- Prepare high-quality reports and technical presentations to clearly communicate design intent, evaluation, and validation to a diverse audience in design reviews

- Participate in all phases of the automation development: requirements, design/analysis, assembly, testing, integration, and volume manufacturing.
- Design and analyze mechanical and mechatronic systems, including motion control and automation.
- Conduct detailed analysis including structural, finite element analysis (FEA), thermal, heat transfer, stress, vibrations, fluid and gas flow dynamics, and manufacturability to properly specify designs.
- Work with cross-functional teams (software, controls, suppliers, manufacturing).
- Developing control systems in close collaboration with software teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies, prototype fabrication, and failure analysis using methods like 5-Why and 8D, characterize and validate design performance.
- Develop control systems hardware, perform PID tuning, and design motion profiles.

- Provide technical support in assembly and final test of the production floor
- Work with Lam Product Group Engineering in correcting design errors and driving RCCA
- Drive the improvement of the manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, cost, and on-time-delivery
- Drive work instruction creation and deployment within Lam’s manufacturing execution system
- Estimate manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for fixturing and process requirements of new product lines
- Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations
- Review new designs for manufacturability and makes recommendations to design engineering on manufacturability (DFMA) improvements
- Analyze the build process via pFMEA, identifies risks and bottlenecks, and drives improvement

- You support the Central- and Southeastern European markets within the Voice of Customer (VoC) area to ensure a homogeneous landscape to offer premium customer experience.
- You support the Rollout of new Customer Experience & VoC oriented projects.
- You analyze existing VoC processes / surveys and provide suggestions for improvements.
- You track and process ongoing system problems and requirements within Qualtrics (VoC tool) environment.
- The maintenance of established online platforms (i.e. FAQ Pages) is in your scope of responsibility incl. steering and aligning with 12 markets.
- You are responsible for user management topics/account creations of above mentioned tools.
- You support the KPI tracking by conducing weekly reports.
- You design training documents, presentations and conduct trainings for market and team members.
