- Weiterentwicklung des Target Operating Models im Finanzbereich gemeinsam mit dem Leitungsteam der Bereiche Accounting & Tax, Controlling, Treasury
- Weiterentwicklung der Finanzprozesse in Hinblick auf Effektivität und Effizienz v.a. durch Standardisierung und Automatisierung sowie Bündelung der Prozesse auf Gruppen-, Länder oder im Shared Service Center
- Erstellung und Pflege der Prozesslandkarte der Finanzprozesse, sowie Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzungsverantwortung über das Projektportfolios
- Umsetzungsverantwortung für Finance-Transformation etwa bei Verlagerung von Prozessen aus lokalen Einheiten ins Shared Service Center oder Automatisierungsinitaitven

- With your technical know-how, you standardize our IT product range (servers, storage, backup, virtualization).
- You record and evaluate requirements, coordinate their implementation and define the necessary processes.
- You evaluate and test new hardware and software, create concepts and maintain them on an ongoing basis continuously.
- You plan and coordinate IT infrastructure services as well as asset & license management, patch & release management.

Was erwartet Dich?
- Du gestaltest die Accounting Prozesse insbesondere mit den Prozesspartnern im Invoicing und im Vertrieb sowie mit den lokalen Accountingfunktionen in den Märkten.
- Du verantwortest operative Umfänge des Forderungsmanagements, des Zahlungsverkehrs, der Nebenbuchfunktionen Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable oder des General Ledgers mit Inventory Accounting.
- Du führst die Testaktivitäten bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse gemeinsam mit den Ansprechpersonen der IT durch.
