ALL ABOUT: CREATING SAFETY BY TECHNOLOGY
- You will support the introduction of comprehensive IT and software solutions and ensure their sustainable implementation in terms of budget, time and content.
- Your focus will be on coordinating and managing customer projects. You will work closely with your project team, manage the individual phases and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- You will hold regular project meetings, coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, and prepare decisions for management.

Die Rolle
- Mindestens 5–7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Produktion von Business-Events, im MICE-Management, Community-Management oder in der internen Kommunikation
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Kommunikationstools und -plattformen (z. B. MS Teams, Projektmanagement-Software, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Change-Management-Konzepten
- Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten, inklusive starker Selbstorganisation und ausgeprägtem Projektmanagement-Know-how
- Kreative Denkweise kombiniert mit solidem betriebswirtschaftlichem Verständnis

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the implementations and rollouts of services across Red Bull and its subsidiaries.
- Coordinate scope, budget, time, quality and external implementation teams/partners.
- Deliver projects based on Red Bull project management standards and principles. Collaborate closely with external vendors, internal teams such as architects and business partners.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation and test management activities.
- Drive roadmaps and solutions to the company’s benefit.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proven track record in project execution and cross-functional leadership, guiding diverse engineering teams toward successful delivery.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior Engineering or Automation Lead role, ideally within a high-performance or manufacturing environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of translating complex business needs into innovative, practical technical solutions.
- Deep technical expertise in intralogistics processes, warehouse automation, production equipment interfaces, and integration with IT systems.
- Solid understanding of industry standards, cutting-edge technologies, and regulatory frameworks, ensuring compliance and future-ready solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD tools for project planning and design.
- Fluent in English and conversational in German, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.
